Hotel Packages – Refers to packages that include our All-Inclusive hotel Packages such as Mocha Fest Jamaica and Mocha Fest Cancun. Tickets – Tickets are the items purchased that allow you to access Mocha Fest events. This includes Party Passes, Day Passes, and Individual Event Entry Tickets. Bucket List Trips – Mocha Fest Thailand, Mocha Fest Greece, Costa Rica, Dubai, and Kenya, or any Bucket List Trip.

Hotel Packages Terms Of Purchase

The Sunset Destinations Terms Of Booking. This agent is a member of The Sunset Destinations., a fully licensed travel agency operating under IATA number 96534233. The terms below apply to any reservation made by any agent affiliated with Sunset Destinations. Cancellation Policy For Hotel Packages

A Change/Administrative fee will be applied in the amount of $100 per person for Hotel Packages. All cancellations made before 180 days from the first travel date, will be subject to a $100 per person cancellation penalty. Cancellations made between 180 days and 120 days before will be subject to a $250 per person penalty. All cancellations made after 120 days before your original travel date will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. All requests for cancellations must be sent via email to reservations@vacationparties.com

Refund Policy For Hotel Packages

Cancellations that are entitled to a refund by the terms of our cancellation policy will be processed within 5 business days from the request. The refund may take up to 2 weeks to post to your account depending on the billing cycle of the issuing bank and/or your credit card company. If your request is made within 30 days of booking, the amount will be refunded back to your credit card. For cancellations processed 30 days or more after the first payment, the refund will be issued via mailed check. Please allow 30 days for the check to arrive at your specified address. If you make a reservation that is not confirmed, any hold of funds or charge to your card will be released or refunded immediately. It may still take up to 2 weeks for the hold or refund to appear in your account as specified above.

Refund & Cancellation Policy For Tickets & Bucketlist Trips

This section of our booking terms applies to our event entry tickets, including party passes, day passes, and entry tickets for individual events. The below terms also apply to our Bucketlist trips including Mocha Fest Thailand, Mocha Fest Greece, Mocha Fest Spain, and all other Mocha Fest events except Mocha Fest Jamaica and Mocha Fest Cancun.

Mochafest.com would like to thank you for your ticket purchase. Please ensure you read and understand the terms and conditions detailed below. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please contact the phone number attached to this invoice. This receipt acts as proof of payment for the event tickets and must be presented by the contact person with a valid ID before the ticket(s) can be redeemed Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. No refunds will be offered for this event unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizers for any reason other than, natural disasters, acts of God, global pandemics, wars, terrorism threats, or any other reason beyond the organizer's control. Once an ID is presented with a receipt, you will obtain a wristband (Party Pass) that will give you access to the event(s) on a date and location specified by the promoters closer to the time of the event. The promoters will send you details of where to collect your wristbands within 2 weeks of the event start date. No wristband will be given unless the primary contact person is present at the time of redemption. The promoter may add, remove artists, or change event line-up or event times as long as notice is given to ticket holders a minimum of 48 hours before the event. By purchasing this ticket (Party Pass), you understand and agree that you will be searched for weapons or any illegal or forbidden items before entrance into the event(s). The promoter or venue owner has the right to remove without refund, any individual from the event if their behavior is considered to be dangerous or mischievous. Once you have received your wristband, it is your responsibility to keep your wristband safe. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced & entry to events will be denied. The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers that may be associated with attending this event, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability. Notice Of Filming And Photographer

When you attend a Mocha Fest Event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Mocha Fest and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Mocha Fest events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Mocha Fest. You release Mocha Fest, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Mocha Fest or the person or entity designated to do so by Mocha Fest. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. If for any reason a video, image, or any other form of recording of you is used by Mocha Fest for any one of the above-mentioned purposes, and you would like it removed, please email your request for removal to marketing@mochafest.com

Price Change

No price change is allowed after the invoice has been issued and the first payment is received.

Late Payments

If you choose to take advantage of any of our payment plan options, you are required to make scheduled payments on or before the specified due dates. If you wish to request a change in the payment schedule, such requests must be made a minimum of seven days before the date your payment is due and each request is subject to approval at the discretion of Sunset Destinations Please note that any payment that is more than 10 business days past due may result in your reservation being canceled without refund.

Modifications to Reservation

We require 45 days' notice before the original arrival date for any amendment request for your reservation. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time of the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before the original arrival date may be liable for any fees incurred as a result of the requested modification.

Updating Your Information

You are responsible for keeping any personal information (relevant to your reservation) current. You may update your information by contacting us at reservations@vacationparties.com or by calling 1 800 458 2099. We will use all reasonable efforts to process any change you make, but please note that requests to delete information are subject to our internal reporting, processing, and retention policies and all applicable legal obligations.

Non-Arrival to hotel/resort (No-Show)

If you fail to arrive (No-Show) at the hotel on the arrival date, the hotel will cancel the entire reservation automatically and you will not be issued a refund. If circumstances do not permit you to check in on the first date but you still desire to continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make reasonable efforts to contact the hotel and secure your remaining nights. Failure to communicate delays in travel plans as mentioned above will result in the entire reservation being auto-canceled and no refund will be issued.

Non-Arrival for flight (No-Show)

Airlines are quite strict when it comes to passengers using their ticketed flights in the order they were issued. If a flight is missed or canceled in a series of ticketed flights, the remainder of the flights in that sequence will automatically cancel and the ticket in its entirety will become null and void. Once a ticket is marked as a no-show it retains no value and cannot be used, as airlines can no longer re-sell your seat and as a penalty immediately void these "no-show" reservations. Airlines impose these rules to ensure their planes remain full and to protect their pricing structure. If you plan to miss a leg on one of your tickets, please make sure you let us or the airline know as soon as possible. We will employ all reasonable efforts to assist you to reissue and reroute your flights for your desired travel plans.

Shortened Stay (Early check-out)

If you choose to shorten your reserved stay after checking in to the hotel, no refund will be issued. You must contact us in advance to alter your reservation dates and modifications are subject to our above cancellation policy. Please contact us as early as possible to communicate your circumstances and minimize any additional charges.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that all clients traveling outside of their country of origin purchase cancellation/interruption and medical insurance for the following reasons:

In the event, you have to cancel or cut your trip short due to a family medical emergency, natural disaster, or vendor bankruptcy.

To provide coverage for any incident that may occur while you are traveling that requires medical attention. This includes coverage for overseas medical expenses and emergency transportation to a medical facility in your country of residence.

To provide compensation in the event of lost or stolen baggage. To have access to a 24/7-travel assistance program available to help you with travel emergencies.

It is our responsibility to offer you travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate trip insurance coverage for your travel needs. The TravelNet will not be held liable for any incidents that may affect your vacation arrangements, caused by negligence on the part of the resort, airline, or any other third-party supplier we may use to facilitate your travel plans.


All persons traveling outside of their country of residence are required to have a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months after your proposed travel dates end. Some countries may also require a Visitor's Visa for certain nationalities visiting their country. Please visit http://www.visahq.com to check and confirm your documentation requirements. The TravelNet will not be held liable for a traveler's failure to produce their passport to required immigration authorities during their trip. In the case that a failure to obtain or produce your passport results in your being unable to travel, your reservation will still be held to the above cancelation policies, and a refund will not be issued.


No voucher is required to check in once you book a reservation with Sunset Destinations. However, feel free to print a copy of this

Payment Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method

of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we

cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Check-in & Check-Out

Check-in time is 3 pm. Checkout time is 12 pm. Early Check-In is by request only and cannot be guaranteed. Late Checkout must be coordinated with the hotel and is subject to their approval and availability. You must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel.

Special Requests

Please note that we do not guarantee that we will accommodate special requests, as they are subject to availability upon your arrival at the hotel. If you require an accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation so that we can make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

Additional Terms

Sunset Destinations rely on the services of third-party providers to deliver its products in full. By completing your order, you accept the terms and conditions of our third-party services providers as agreed to between said service providers and Sunset Destinations. These service providers include but are not limited to our hotel partners, venue owners, performing artistes, deejays, entertainers, production and event management companies, sponsors, and affiliates.
