ACCOMMODATIONS: Comfortable accommodations are included in all bucket list trips in 3-4* quality hotels or villas, including breakfast daily (unless otherwise stated). BEDDING TYPE: While we do our best to accommodate bedding requests, many of our bucket list trips are in Countries where King Beds are simply not available, or there are no single beds, and friends may have to share. We do prioritize single males travelling together for single bedding available upon request. Bedding requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers and Local ground transportation that apply to our event itinerary are included. If clients experience a flight delay due to either missing a flight or a flight being cancelled booked in conjunction with the event dates, clients are responsible for arranging their own transportation to their hotel. Private transfers can be arranged for an additional cost(*some exceptions apply). (**Airport transfers are included only on the start date and end date of the event. All transfers outside these dates are the responsibility of the travelling guest. (***the departure transfer for the Greece itinerary from the Athens hotel to the airport is not included on the final day) Hotel local taxes are not included and payable at the time of check-in or check-out (at the discretion of the hotel)

Guests who book the BFF package (which is the Female Best Friends Forever, triple share promotion), when available, will have to be prepared that at least 2 people will have to share a bed, as most accommodations do not have 3 beds in a room.

Based on group size, we may have multiple locations for accommodations. Guests can be assigned to different properties within proximity of each other. If you are traveling with others, and not under the same reservation, it is critical to advise the sales team of your desire to be booked into the same accommodations at the time of booking. If we are not aware of this, you may not be booked into the same accommodation as your friends on a bucket list trip. Based on group size, we may have multiple locations for accommodations. At Mocha Fest, we have a Single to Share program, whereby we pair up singles of the same sex who are willing to share a room to keep costs down. We guarantee two separate beds with this program. Many have found long-term travel buddies and made great friendships from this program.

You can expect to explore your bucket list destination with excursions such as landmarks, site seeing tours, ATV adventures, etc. The event itinerary will indicate the ones included & the ones that are optional and incur a separate cost

At our Mocha Fest Bucket list trips, you can expect to be guided by a combination of our group leaders and on-the-ground local concierge throughout your trip with us. We also create a WhatsApp group for all communications with our guests from the time of arrival until you get home.

All Itineraries are finalized and sent out within 30 days before departure in the form of a newsletter. All itineraries are subject to change.

No, party passes alone are not sold for any of our Bucket List trips. You must book a package to be a part of the Mocha Fest event. At this time, Bucket list trips are booked as-is and cannot be customized

The standard check-in time for almost all Hotels and Villas is 3:00 pm. This allows for them to prepare the rooms if others have checked out the same day. If there is an early arrival, and the room is available, then only at the discretion of the hotel will you be able to check-in early. Mocha Fest has no control over this. Please plan accordingly if you arrive early to a destination with a change of clothes in your handbag to be comfortable.

11:00 am is the standard time to check out, in the event of a late flight, the hotel or villa will do their best to offer late checkout, if requested, by an hour extension, for example, again this is at the sole discretion of the hotel/villa, and not in control of Mocha Fest.

In rare insistences, some hotels require, by law, in their country, to keep your Passport at reception throughout your stay. Therefore, we recommended you bring a photocopy of your Passport and any Visas with you when you travel.Each guest must ensure that their Passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip and all necessary visas and permits, for the trip have been acquired.Guests are advised that only the countries you plan to visit can provide up-to-date information about their specific entry requirements.Travelers should contact the nearest embassy or consulate of the countries they plan to visit well in advance of travel.Check your itinerary carefully and remember that requirements vary based on passport place of issue, and the process can take time.For the latest Covid-19 travel regulations, please consult the Government web page of the respective country you will be visiting.

Flights are not included. Our guests are responsible for booking their flights. (International/domestic where required, including acquiring any relevant visas or vaccinations for the destination) and advising the reservation team of your flight details for transfers to be arranged.

Bucket List trips are not held in all-inclusive resorts and are very different from the Annual Mocha Fest Music festivals held in Jamaica and Cancun for example. Unless otherwise indicated, you can expect breakfast to be included in your itinerary. We advise our guests to plan for all other meals with a daily budget of $50.00US You should also plan for a drink budget, as there are no drink-inclusive events on a bucket list trip unless indicated on the itinerary.

Depending on the destination, most bucket list events have an average of 80 plus people in attendance up to a few hundred.

Each Bucket List trip offers a variety of downtime, discoveries, and parties. Nothing is mandatory and we always allow for leisure time.

When planning how much money to bring, we suggest that you consider such things as spending money for meals that are not included e.g lunches, dinners and beverages, alcoholic drinks. Souvenir shopping, and tipping. Also, any Optional Experiences/sightseeing trips that you may wish to experience, over and above the Mocha Fest itinerary.When planning to use a credit card and debit card, we recommend that you notify your bank and credit card company before your departure to provide them with travel information to avoid embarrassing fraud alerts. This will ensure that your provider will not deny payment because they think the transaction could be fraudulent.

Baggage allowances vary from airline to airline, and you should check with your chosen carrier for details before travel. However, most of our Bucket List itineraries have remote locations, or travel in-between, for this reason, we highly recommend you consolidate your items and travel with a rolling carry-on and a backpack whenever possible. Destinations such as Greece where we move around from Island to Island via ferries, packing light is essential.

Electrical plugs and outlets differ throughout the world. We recommend bringing a universal travel adaptor thats suitable for the country you are traveling to.

Ladies, please note that we recommend only wedges if you love wearing heels! Many locations have cobblestone walkways or wood planks etc. A variety of sandals is most recommended

We encourage all guests to advise us about any specific dietary needs that they may have (vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free, etc.) and we will strive to accommodate these, especially if your stay is at a Villa.

Mocha Fest is a highly active party brand. Please expect our itinerary to include adventures such as ATVs, late nights in local clubs, and walking and exploring the towns. We do not recommend our events to those who have difficulty walking around or standing for any length of time.

We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a trip, including experiences such as missed flights (Due to flight cancellations/disruptions). All components of the trip including hotel stay, meals & sightseeing excursions of these events are all prepaid and non-refundable. When arriving late or on an alternative date from the start of the event, our guests are required to arrange their own transportation to meet with the group, or additionally, transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.

All Bucket List Trips are 100% non-refundable once booked.Depending on how far in advance the cancellation request is sent in, you may consult our Reservation manager about whether you qualify to move your reservation to another Mocha fest event, subject to an administrative fee of 100.00 per person. We require 180 days notice to be considered for a future travel credit to another Mocha fest event. We cannot guarantee future travel credit once you are within 180 days.

We will provide our clients with general information regarding a countrys entry requirements, for a scheduled event, however, it is up to the traveler to verify all related vaccination requirements, and Covid Entry protocols, imposed by the country you will be traveling to. *Sunset Destinations and Events Inc holds no liability for the information provided for such entry requirements, and the traveler is solely responsible to obtain accurate information for the purpose of travel.

We strongly recommend that all guests have a travel insurance policy to ensure your peace of mind before and while traveling. Its important that you protect yourself in case of trip cancellation, an interruption for any reason, baggage delays or loss of baggage, and medical expenses.Please consult your local Travel Insurance provider

Most hotels usually ask for a credit card to be on file for incidentals such as room charges, spa appointments, etc. The amount can vary from $50.00 to $200. Please have an available balance on your credit card when traveling. When staying at a Villa, Sunset Destinations will require a credit card pre-authorization in the amount of $200 ahead of check-in for incidentals. This amount would be refunded within 72 hrs after check-out

At Mocha Fest, we take pride in bringing our guests to new parts of the world, where we get to help support a local economy. We want to make sure our impact on that destination is a positive one for all and Mocha Fest guests are welcomed back with open arms. We ask that our guests enjoy the different cultures without judgment. Celebrate the beauty in all the differences. Respect public property, including our hotel and villa partners by not purposefully being reckless and causing damage or mischief. We also highly encourage tipping. A little goes a long way. Having a good stack of 1.00 bills comes in very handy. Tipping your concierge at the end of your trip is also a kind gesture.

Any bedding preferences are communicated with the hotels that we accommodate our guests at and are not guaranteed/subject to availability at time of hotel check-in.In the case of triple occupancy, most hotels do not offer 3 separate beds, therefore the probability of being accommodated in 2 beds is 99% where two persons would be required to share the same bed.Cot or rollaway beds are not guaranteed and also subject to availability of the respective hotel.Bare in mind that in some countries, beds and rooms can be a lot smaller than in North America and uncommon to see a Queen or King bed being offered
